(ii) Whether an accused comes within the ambit of section 91 CrPC. If no, whether doing so amounts to self-incrimination under Article 20(3) of the Indian Constitution.

(ii)	Whether a sitting judge in Maharashtra can defend a case in his personal capacity as a lawyer under the code of conduct or service rules of Maharashtra.
(iii)	Relevant judgments regarding application of estoppel principles on an insurance company under s. 115 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.

•	Assisted in proofreading (by checking the relevancy of the content) and preparing a synopsis for the ‘Constitutional and Administrative Law’ Book for UPSC Law Optional Aspirants written by Retd. IAS Jasbir Singh Bajaj.
•	Prepared a detailed report critically analysing ‘Janhit Abhiyan v. Union of India (2022)’ [10% Reservation for EWS Judgment] vis- à-vis Indra Sawhney v. Union of India (1992), Constituent Assembly Debates, and Constitutional Provisions. 
•	Prepared briefs on significant judgments given by the Supreme Court in 2022 related to the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.
