Aditi is a healthcare entrepreneur with a conscience and has spent 2 decades in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Her entrepreneurial journey has been driven by her vision to make quality healthcare, prevention and treatment accessible and affordable to all segments of the population. Her current efforts are focused on the development and growth of her 3rd venture, Saathealth, where she leads behaviour change communications and operational excellence. Saathealth is an impact focused digital health company that works with healthcare organizations across the globe to deploy personalized digital health solutions. Saathealth’s modular behavioral health platform can be adapted to deliver positive outcomes for any indication, in any geography. It has been deployed for use cases as diverse as maternal & child health, family health, neuropsychiatry disorders and health worker training. Saathealth's family health intervention launched earlier in 2022 is now reaching 8 million users with credible content on chronic diseases, emotional wellbeing, COVID19 and other infectious diseases, women & children’s health etc. As the users engage with content, they are nudged towards supply side services, which is the logical next step in their journey. Previously, Aditi was a part of the founding team at Avegen, a mission driven healthcare company that used technology to design human-centred experiences for patients. At Avegen, she shaped and nurtured a multi-disciplinary team that combined expertise in managing private clinic practices & healthcare providers, agile software development, support, managing patient communication and conducting large-scale technology-led public healthcare programs. Aditi was also the editor of Connected Health Quarterly (https://medium.com/@connectedhealthquarterly), one of India's first content websites on connected health. Trained in biochemistry and clinical research, Aditi began her career at Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson ensuring clinical research teams adhered to the highest standards of safety and ethics and in her various roles, interacted with doctors, healthcare professionals, clinical research professionals and hospitals across Asia and Europe. She has also conceptualised and founded the Diploma in Clinical Research at St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and continues mentoring and guiding students in this field in an advisory capacity.
