I completed my graduation and post graduation from the same institution pursuing the same field of the subject. Right after my academics, I joined FIXL Solutions as a Business Development Executive. I was mentored thoroughly about the knowledge that I gained during academic years and guided me towards the refinement and optimization of the same by providing me with all the requisite resources and guidelines. Initially, when we started off, we were only 3 employees in the startup. Gradually, we grew to a number of 10 diligent employees. I got an opportunity to nourish my skills in Business Development through FIXL Solutions in this span of 2 years and I have achieved a lot more than what I expected. It has built my confidence such that now I can guarantee to achieve any sales target. My skills in the IT industry, sales and marketing have developed beyond my expectations. I build my own team by choosing various team members and thus I have created a wonderful team of 7 members. We work on more than 20 projects every month. I lead them through every obstacle they face. I manage pre-sales and post-sales work and coordinate with the team to make them understand the client's requirement. We work on Mobile Development, Web development, ERP based software, and web application. We are still learning and getting to know more from my field and from my team and we will always continue to discover something new every day.
