With 'I love you,' 'I'm here for you,' 'I believe in you,' 'you got this' kind of energy."

No competition, no jealousy, no hate.

I learned this truth in my darkest hour, when the world felt like it was closing in on me.

Four failed medical exams. My parents' silent disappointment. 

Relatives said that I should stop dreaming and just settle down. Get married. Accept that this path wasn't meant for me.

Every rejection felt like the universe screaming:
𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵. 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄

But here's what changed everything: A handful of women who refused to let me believe that lie.

They weren't successful founders yet. They weren't in powerful positions.

Some were struggling themselves. But they saw something in me I couldn't see in myself, potential wrapped in doubt, strength hidden beneath fear.

That circle of women didn't just support me. They literally saved my entrepreneurial life, because

 • When everyone around you is telling you to quit
 • When your own mind is screaming that you're not capable

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝘂𝗯𝘁. 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻.

I think about those women who held space for me when I was invisible. Who believed in my potential before I had proof. Who said "your dreams matter" when I was ready to abandon them.

Now I get to be that voice for others. And honestly? It's become the most meaningful part of this entire journey.

Look around your life right now. Do you have women who genuinely celebrate your wins? 

If yes....cherish that circle. Nurture it. Protect it.
If no....start building it. Intentionally.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗜 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆.
No warning signs I recognized. No dramatic exit interview.

Just a calm resignation letter that felt like a punch to the gut.

When I asked why, she said something that haunted me for months: "I stopped feeling heard six months ago. I just stopped fighting to be."

That moment changed how I think about team health forever.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱: 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱𝗹𝘆. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗹𝘆.

The cracks start small

A meeting where the tension is thick but nobody names it.
A star performer who stops volunteering for projects.

Someone whose ideas get talked over once, twice, then they just stop sharing.

You don't notice it happening. Until the day someone exceptional walks into your office and says they're leaving. And suddenly you're replaying six months of moments you missed.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝟳 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴:

 ↝ High performers rarely complain
 ↝ They just fade
 ↝ We run Friday energy checks so help arrives early

𝗡𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻
who realized no one is coming to save her.

Not her parents. Not her partner. Not her job. Not society.
Nobody.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴.

That woman isn't working hard because she's ambitious. She's working hard because she's desperate.

I know her intimately. Because I am her.

I failed medical exams four times. Everyone had an opinion about what I should do next.

𝗦𝗼 𝗜 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵.

And yes, it's lonely. Brutally lonely.
When you choose to build instead of fit in, you lose people.

And the work? It's relentless.

Nobody sees that part. 

And, here's a brutal truth about women who build their own dreams:
We work harder than anyone because we're carrying more than just business goals.

𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴:
 • The weight of proving doubters wrong.
 • The responsibility of being a role model for other women watching.
 • The pressure of financially supporting people who depend on us.

The fear that if we fail, we'll confirm every stereotype about women not being "capable."

That's why we work harder. Not because we're superhuman. Because the stakes are higher for us.

I've become someone I didn't plan to become.

More guarded. More strategic. More willing to walk away from people and situations that don't serve me.

Is that growth? Or is that survival? Honestly, I'm not always sure.
But here's what I know for certain:

I would rather be this version of me, harder, tirier, more demanding, than the version of me who waited for someone else to give her permission to want more.

To every woman who's working harder than she thought possible:
I see you.

Keep building. You're not doing it for applause. You're doing it for freedom. 💙

𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲.

I was running EngineerBabu, closing deals, managing teams, and talking to investors. all while fundamentally misunderstanding my own financial health.

Let that sink in for a moment.

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀:

 • Most of us weren't raised to understand money.
 • We weren't taught to negotiate salaries.
 • We weren't encouraged to study finance.

So we learn the hard way. By nearly failing. By making expensive mistakes.

I'm done with that model.

Here are the finance basics every woman entrepreneur needs to understand:

𝟭. 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗲 = 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁
Revenue is the money coming in.

Profit is what's left after you pay for everything.
Track both. Obsessively.

𝟮. 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴 
You can be profitable on paper and still go bankrupt.
How? If your money is tied up in unpaid invoices while your bills are due.

Cash flow = the actual money moving in and out of your business.

𝟯. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀
How much does it cost you to acquire one customer vs the revenue generated.

If acquisition cost > revenue per customer, you're in trouble, no matter how fast you're growing.

𝟰. 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘆
Burn rate = how much money you're losing per month.
Runway = how many months until you run out of money.

If you have ₹20 lakhs in the bank and you're burning ₹2 lakhs/month, your runway is 10 months.

𝟱. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝘃𝘀. 𝗡𝗲𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗻 
Gross margin = revenue minus direct costs (like salaries for delivery team).
Net margin = revenue minus ALL costs (including rent, software, marketing, etc).

Gross margin tells you if your core business model works.
Net margin tells you if your entire operation is sustainable.

𝟲. 𝗘𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲
Always have 6-12 months of operating expenses saved.

𝟳. 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬

𝟴. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
You don't need to be an accountant. But you need to understand:

 • P&L (Profit & Loss): Are you making or losing money?
 • Balance Sheet: What do you own vs. what do you owe?
 • Cash Flow Statement: Where is money actually moving?

Stop outsourcing all financial understanding to your accountant or co-founder.

Your company's financial health is YOUR responsibility. Not theirs. Yours.

Learn. Ask. Study. Master this.

"𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮, 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗲?"
My daughter asked me this last month. And I had no good answer.

I stammered something about "building the future" and "important work."

She nodded quietly and went back to her coloring book.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲.

Because the truth, the uncomfortable, guilt-laden truth, is that I've spent years treating time with my kids like a renewable resource.

Like I could always make it up later.

But time doesn't work that way. Especially with kids.

My daughter is six now. In 12 more years, she'll be an adult with her own life, her own priorities, her own world that doesn't revolve around needing Me.

𝗜 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝟭𝟮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗶𝘁.

The work will always be there. Your kids won't.

That client. That strategy. That "urgent" Text.
These things can be delt with tomorrow

But your kid asking you to play? That window closes. Fast.

I've made every mistake in the book.
And you know what I've realized?

None of that "important work" was more important than being present for those moments.

That's why I'm obsessed with building a culture at Supersourcing where parents don't have to choose between work and their children.

𝗧𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼'𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁:
- You don't have to choose between building a great company and being present for your kids.
- You have to build a company that allows you and your employees to be present for the kids.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗼'𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴:
- The work will be there tomorrow. Your kids won't be small forever.
- Time with them is truly non-refundable. Spend it wisely. 💙

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝘀𝘁 '𝗻𝗼' 𝗜 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗖𝗼-𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿.
That 'no' saved my company. That 'yes' would have destroyed it.

I almost added a friend as a co-founder in 2015.

Someone I trusted. Someone who believed in me when few others did. Someone who genuinely wanted to be part of what we were building.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼.

That conversation was one of the hardest I've ever had. Because it wasn't about their character or intentions, both were good.

It was about something more fundamental: they weren't the right partner for what the business actually needed.

They wanted to join because they cared about me, not because they had skills we were missing or capital we desperately needed.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗲𝘀.

I see this mistake everywhere. Founders who feel obligated to bring in:
 • The friend who "believed in them" from the beginning
 • The relative who "supported" them emotionally
 • The classmate who "deserves a chance"

And I understand the impulse. Building a company is lonely. You want your people around you.

You want to reward loyalty. You want to share success with people who matter to you.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗱𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀:
 • Decision-making becomes emotional, not strategic.
 • Skill gaps don't get filled, they get multiplied.
 • Equity gets diluted without equivalent value creation.
 • The friendship dies anyway, just more painfully.

Adding a friend as a partner doesn't preserve the friendship. It destroys it. “Yes, you heard it right”

That friend I said no to in 2015? We're no longer close.
That hurt. It still hurts sometimes.

But EngineerBabu (now Supersourcing) survived. Grew. Became profitable. Scaled globally.

𝗜 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿.
Not because I was weak. Because I was finally strong enough to be honest.

We'd just lost a major client. 

I opened my mouth to give the practiced, confident response every leadership book says you should give. 

But what came out instead was the truth:
"I don't know. I'm scared too."

And then I cried. Right there.
Completely, visibly, undeniably vulnerable.

I thought I'd just destroyed every ounce of credibility I'd built over the years.
But then, something extraordinary happened.

The room didn't panic. They didn't start updating their resumes.

Instead, they leaned in. People started offering ideas, solutions, support.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿:
Vulnerability isn't weakness. It's the most accurate measure of courage a leader possesses.

For years, I believed the opposite.
 • I thought leadership meant having all the answers.
 • Projecting unwavering confidence.
 • Never letting anyone see you doubt, struggle, or break.

I thought that's what strength looked like: suffering in silence while maintaining a perfect exterior.

But here's what that kind of "strength" actually creates:
 • Teams that don't trust you.
 • Cultures where problems encourage. 
 • Decisions made with incomplete information. 

𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝘂𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵.

𝗦𝗼, 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗜𝗦:
 • Admit when you don't have the answer and invite others to solve it with you.
 • Share your struggles without making them your team's burden.
 • Acknowledge mistakes quickly and completely.
 • Show the human behind the title.
 • Create safety for others to be vulnerable.

"This decision is really hard, and I'm not 100% certain. AND here's the call I'm making and why."

Both things can be true. The vulnerability builds trust. The clarity builds confidence.

The strongest leaders I know aren't the ones who never struggle. 

They're the ones who are honest about the struggle while still showing up to lead through it.

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗮 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆,
You Grow the People Who Grow It. 

That's the secret every great founder learns the hard way.

For the first three years of building EngineerBabu, I was obsessed with the wrong metrics.

Revenue. Client acquisition. Product features. Market positioning.

We were growing. But something felt fundamentally broken.
𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵.

Team energy felt transactional. Innovation came from me pushing, not from people pulling.

Then my mentor, Ankur Warikoo, asked me a question that changed everything:
"Aditi, are you trying to grow a company?

Or are you trying to grow the people who will grow the company?"
I didn't understand the difference. Until I did. And when I finally got it, everything transformed.

𝗟𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀:

I used to hire for what people could do today. Now I hire for who they could become tomorrow.

The problem? Those people would hit their ceiling within 18 months. 

They'd either leave or plateau.
Either way, we'd be hiring for the same role again.

Now, I hire differently. I look for:
 • Learning velocity
 • Curiosity
 • Ownership mentality
 • Growth mindset

I'll take someone with 70% of the skills and 100% learning hunger over someone with 100% skills and 0% growth mindset. Every single time.

Because the first person will be at 150% capability in a year. The second person will still be at 100%.

And now, I invest in growth before it's "needed."

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲'𝘀 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻:
 • Innovative ideas they bring to their work
 • Problems they solve that I never even see
 • Talent they attract because word spreads about our culture
 • Longevity of their tenure because they're not stagnating

So founders, Start obsessing over growing your people.
The company will follow.

The secret every great founder eventually learns:

Your company's ceiling is determined by your team's ceiling. Raise theirs, and yours rises automatically.

You don't grow a company. You grow the people who grow it.

That's not the soft stuff. That's the only stuff that actually matters. 💙

Yesterday, My team turned our office into the Upside Down in 10 minutes
𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗹𝘆? 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲. 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆.

For context: the Upside Down is the dark, twisted parallel dimension from Stranger Things.

And within minutes, our office transformed into the same (something straight out of a Netflix series.)

The result was unbelievable. Genuinely unsettling in how good it was.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗲𝘅𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.

Ten years ago, when I started EngineerBabu and then Supersourcing, creating this kind of content would have been completely out of reach for us.

But technology has fundamentally changed what's possible for teams like ours.

𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆, 𝗔𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝘆𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁.

That Stranger Things video? It started as a fun Friday experiment.

But it sparked conversations about:
 1. How we could use AI for client presentations
 2. How we could prototype ideas faster
 3. How we could train our team on emerging tools
 4. How we could differentiate our services

To every founder, creator, or builder reading this:
