I joined the core team in Aug 2022. My role is a hybrid role across running owning the marketing, pre-sales and client insights functions.

Marketing: Website and inbound leads, managing a team of content writers, designers, SEO and SEM. 

Pre-Sales: Working closely with BDR and AE teams in conducting strategic and product demos. Enabling the teams by leading the internal training session and team enablement across areas of eCommerce, brand protection, and more.

Client Insights: Lead the CSM teams in developing and conducting successful performance reviews for client retention, upsell and satisfaction.

- Account Optimisation: Brand performance and account optimisation by driving strategic digital and eCommerce initiatives. Supporting Account Management and Sales with relevant insights, digital approach, reviews, performance and more for both client acquisition and client retention.
- Campaigns Optimisation: Helping clients optimise their campaigns with Buy Now solution across digital media channels like Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube), Search (Google, Bing), Display (Google Display Network, DCM, Adroll and more), Email and more.
