Equality shouldn’t come at a premium. 💰🚫 🏛 Where Are the Women Leaders? – Despite making up nearly 50% of the world’s population, women hold less than 20% of leadership positions in governments and top companies. If we want diverse decision-making, we must support and uplift women into leadership roles. 📊👩‍💼 💰 Equal Pay Still Isn’t a Reality – Women, on average, still earn less than men for the same work.
