1. AI isn't changing L&D roles, it's accelerating the change that was already happening. Autonomous agents launching in 2025 now complete tasks independently. Software vendors that understand this shift are building platforms for performance impact.

2. Data literacy is now table stakes. L&D leaders are being pushed to demonstrate learning's impact through analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics tied directly to business outcomes Lean In. Platforms without measurable ROI dashboards will lose to those that prove value.

3. The trust gap is widening. Organizations want AI-enhanced learning that doesn't lose the human touch. Vendors that balance automation with personalized support are capturing market share.

Don't spend months creating a product no one wants. Talk to real customers, validate ideas, and get commitments first. It saves time, money, and ensures real demand.

3. Prioritize velocity over perfection. 

Speed beats perfection every time. Launch quickly, gather feedback, and iterate persistently. Waiting for perfection only slows growth and kills opportunities.
