Part of surfaces team, worked in the design, development and improvement of team's microservices ecosystem. XP practices was part of our daily habits, we used to pair/mob every day.

Member of Core Offer team, mainly focused in the design, development and improvement of microservices.

Actively promoted XP practices, but amount of open fronts made it complex so those weren't completely adopted.
