•	I provide professional level administrative, technical, AV and practical support to lecturers, students and other staff in the Clinical Skills Lab, Seminar Room and Medical Emergency Simulation Suite.
•	I welcome visitors to the centre and acquaint them with the Centre’s facilities and equipment, I also order refreshments and catering. 
•	I ensure the College Covid-19 safety restrictions, procedures, and general Health & Safety regulations are being followed, 
•	I report building services issues to the helpdesk, write risk assessments and arrange visits for service contractors for repairs and maintenance.
•	I maintain the lab equipment and instruments to a high standard, ordering supplies and consumables, setting up and clearing down student workstations before and after class.
•	 I requisition and prepare purchase orders and VAT exemption forms for equipment.

•	I liaise with visiting tutors to ensure the Skills lab is set up to their requirements, 
•	I collate feedback on courses and produce reports.
•	I am a Health & Safety Officer and Fire Marshal for the Centre.
