-Responsible for brand management, corporate identity and company external communications,
-Participating in the developing of the marketing strategy in line with company business objectives,
-Participating in the shaping and delivering of the onboard product/service  including aircraft interior, --Cabin Crew uniforms, inflight magazine (as Editor-in-Chief), safety cards design,
-Looking for areas of improvement in terms of product development, client service standards and company external comunications and initiating required changes,

-Creating and delivering press releases as well as giving interviews, statements and providing comments in the capacity of company spokesperson,
-Organizing conferences, press tours and internal events,
-Attending trade fairs, conferences and industry events,
-Monitoring, analysing and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications,
-Planning expenses and overseeing the spending of the marketing budget.

PR & Marketing Director

-Responsible for brand building and management & external communication of the company,
-Participating in the developing of the marketing strategy in line with company business objectives, 
-Assisting in setting-up & maintaining airline client service standards, 
-Developing and implementing social media strategies & policies,
-Daily  management of company’s website and Facebook profile,
-Planning and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns, including co-branded promotion activities; 
-Preparing briefs/guidelines and overseeing the production of visuals for online, print and OOH advertising campaigns,
