- Managing the entire staffing process, including tasks such as CV screening, conducting interviews, and hiring new employees;
- Creating materials for presentations or for promotion on social media;
-Coordinating the Employee Engagement Program;
- Designing and delivering training sessions as needed;
- Creating and updating company policies;
- Updating the employee handbook;
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Addressing any employment relations issues;

- Preparing monthly timesheets to accurately record employees’ sick leave, vacation days, unpaid days;
- Preparing data for payroll calculation.
