- Bosch Global Solutions (HQ, Stuttgart) - Implementation of ONE Risk Management @ Robert Bosch – re-design of risk management and internal controls processes, deployment and training of employees, selection of a new RM platform, solutions for automatization of detective controls and monitoring procedures, development of cybersecurity policies in data management area. Coordinated a global team of 60 employees performing controls and checking compliance (Risk Business Partners, DC Auditors, MP Auditors). Key platforms: Service Now, Power BI, SAP Signavio, Celonis, Confluence.
- Oscar Downstream - Preparing the company for next steps in its development (listing on BSE, divesting, attracting a strategic investor). Developed and implemented around 40 procedures, set up internal audit / compliance / risk management functions, new commercial policy and sales matrix, revamped warehouse operations.
- Electrica Group - Restructuring and re-design of Corporate Internal Audit. Developed and implemented a new Internal Audit Manual with new audit procedures, hired 4 Internal Audit Directors and 15 auditors, led 3 high-impact audit missions on OTC (own technical consumption – grid loss and thefts), procurement and investments. Responsible with managing the audit teams of Chimcomplex SA and Chimcomplex SA Valcea (former Oltchim). Restructured the 2 audit teams, set up a Corporate Audit function in HQ, new audit methodology. Board and Audit Committee representation.

Started as Group Internal Audit Director (6 companies in Central and Eastern Europe). Quickly gained trust of Group CEO and acted as advisor on strategic matters, including mergers & acquisitions. In three years, as Project Manager, coordinated development for two new factories in Romania and acquisition of 2 companies in Lithuania and Slovakia.

Main job was to design and implement standardized processes throughout the Group. Implemented a BPM platform generating 2500+ monthly transactions.
