accuracy by utilizing/maintaining existing and designing new scripts to automate
validation and updates.
Work with services team members, other employees and customers to capture policy
settings used in various customer engagements and derive best practices for reference
policies.
Maintain documentation and policy settings database for Densify.com SaaS
customers.

Coordinate and participate in network upgrade projects.
Successfully completed projects include: Network extension from half-floor to full-floor
in stage one, then expending from one-floor to two-floor office area with quadruple the
number of users from stage one.
Implement VMware and Hyper-V infrastructures to utilize and verify backup solutions,
P2V, VM Migration, VM Replication. Setup and maintain the software testing labs to specs recommended for each development project.
Provide technical support for internal users and external customers over the phone or connecting remotely to their devices.
Improve performance for desktop and server computers through hardware upgrades and software tuning. Update support ticket status in CRM. Working with peer engineers to resolve customer's issues to their satisfaction.
