Hey there 👋 , At Right Side Up, I worked with more than ten brands directly on the Amazon channel fully managing their account and advertising operations. On top of this, I implemented new successful growth strategies for each of them, helped guide new converting creatives, revised their listings, provided a new search engine optimization plan, and reported directly to the brand's eCommerce channel team as well. As a graduate of San Diego State University, I have continued my journey into retail brands and DTC eCommerce. As a Sales Growth Engineer at Straight Up Growth, I helped brands grow their sales 100%+ in less than 12 months using performance marketing. We do this by throttling down their wasted spend, redistributing their budget, and revamping their ad campaign structure to improve rankings on the channel. Additionally, I committed to reversing SUG's sales pipeline so that our content brought in prospective leads to us instead of the latter. I also helped partner the business with SEO and website development agencies in order to improve our digital brand presence as well. As an Executive Apprentice at Monday Night Mentorship, I am studying under thought leaders in my industry including, but not limited to, the CMO of the Houston Rockets, VP of Marketing at Instagram, SVP of DC Comics, CMO of MTV, VP of Marketing at DoorDash, and Head of Product Inclusion at Google...they all mentor a small collective group of us mentees for near 1 on 1 discussions! -- Outside of my career, I try to work out a lot, stay healthy, play a lot of basketball in that pursuit & lacrosse too. I also have donated a lot of my time to both mentoring the youth and preserving the environment. Specifically, I took on my own 7th-grade boys basketball team in Santa Barbara to teach them the skills needed to excel in the game, which included fostering a healthy competitive atmosphere and teaching them how to win as a team.
