My responsibilities included interviewing The Rev. John Balcom about his experiences in
Alaska in WW II as an Episcopal Missionary to several parishes in rural Alaska as well as
Fairbanks - from 1944-1947.  Also interviewed: Mrs. Balcom. All recording in 3/4" Tape.
I co-edited the first of the series, Part I, on SVHS. As well as Part 2, "Fairbanks Bride".

I then coordinated filming in Alaska, taking the Balcoms back to reunite with an Athabascan Tribe @ Healy Lake in the Interior. I had to rent equipment, arrange transportation, set up interviews, arrange volunteers to provide food and housing, and film the potlatch installing a new Chief and re-establishing the Tribe. 
It was a unique experience, but am disappointed I ran out of funds to edit and distribute Part III, "Fairbanks: The Return".
