As an adjunct professor of political science, I am passionate about cultivating critical thinking, civic engagement, and analytical skills in the classroom. With a strong foundation in comparative politics, international relations, Cold War policy, and contemporary political movements, I aim to bridge academic scholarship with real-world relevance. I bring a dynamic teaching style that encourages dialogue, challenges assumptions, and fosters inclusive learning environments. My strengths include designing rigorous, discussion-driven courses; mentoring students in research and writing; and integrating current political events into course content to deepen understanding. I am especially interested in topics such as democratic institutions, political polarization, and the rise of extremism. At CSUF, I value the university’s mission to support inclusive excellence and student success.
