Being part of the leadership team, I played a key role in elevating Bringo to achieve a #1 ranking in customer experience in Romania. In 2022, we reached an all-time high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 88 points, a testament to our dedication to excellence. Outside of work, I used to practice Krav Maga, a martial art that emphasizes discipline and physical conditioning.
