I started out in a support role when a four-day Salesforce admin training came my way. By the end of it, I was completely hooked. It wasn’t just another system—it was a whole new way to streamline work and solve problems. So, I went all in. I started a study group, and we dove deep into the material. Before long, I had the certs to back up my skills, and suddenly, I was on the front lines—getting teams on board and making sure Salesforce wasn’t just another tool people ignored. Along the way, I picked up some serious insight into how businesses really operate—and a whole new appreciation for the unique challenges in tech. What started as a simple training turned into a career focused on making technology work for people, not the other way around. Over those 13 years I worked with many tech recruiters, and the ones that I clicked with were the ones that ‘got it’. When you are in the market and in the weeds – you really need an efficient recruiter in your corner to do the heavy lifting while you work. For me, transitioning from an admin role to a recruiter seemed like a natural progression, as I could continue to make a positive impact on both businesses and individuals. When I’m not working you will find me traveling many miles to obsess over the natural world (the balance) watching a guilty pleasure on the flix or reading a novel that you can’t put down.
