Resume Specialist

Compass Group

•Responsible for eliminating revenue leakage and driving efficiencies in the invoicing process to minimize debtor days by ensuring invoices, variations and price escalations are raised and submitted to the client in a timely manner as per contract, providing appropriate supporting evidence, driving the approval process, achieving target individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), strictly adhering to Company policies and procedures, industry guidelines and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations
•Closely liaising with the client, Site teams and Commercial Business Partner as the first point of contact, providing commercial assistance and resolving invoice queries, updating the outstanding billing spreadsheet, ensuring contract compliancy, always dedicated to exceeding client demands
•Successfully tracking purchase orders (POs) to ensure adequate funds and escalating to client if not enough funds to invoice, actively following up on outstanding PO requests
•Providing accurate and timely revenue accruals including processing accrual journals, creating monthly fixed charges spreadsheet and Food Labor Tracker (FLT) billing templates, updating FLTs in line with contract changes / client requests, running monthly GL and payroll reports, completing back charge reconciliations ensuring missing invoices are captured and processing adjustment journals
•Systematically mentoring and training the Site team with the unique ability of identifying areas of improvement and talent

Achievements:
•Streamlined invoicing, created PO Register and Quotes Register to eliminate revenue leakage and minimize debtor days.
•Investigated and uncovered missing revenue of $10,000 for casual meals in previously submitted FLTs.
•Optimized operational efficiency through innovative thinking, continuous process improvement, system enhancements and best practice sharing.

Commercial Analyst

•Reporting to the Area Manager, working at Wheatstone Downstream Production on a 3/1 roster, responsible for completing and raising month end billing including creating billing templates, closely liaising with the client, ensuring all approved Cost Time Resources (CTR’s) are accurately captured, resolving denied invoices in Ariba
•Raised POs and capital expenditures for equipment required by site
•Maintained the Variations Register including tracking expenditure against the budget and engaging in on-going cost reduction analysis, uploaded signed contracts into Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
•Assisted National HSEQ Manager in collating HSE Reports and Chevron Global Reliability Reports for Wheatstone Downstream, Wheatstone Upstream and Gorgon
•Roster management including scheduling rosters and approving timesheets in Deputy, analyzed and audited monthly payroll reports
•Supported the Administration team in preparing reports in TABS, completing mine site cleaning documentation and Catering QD, authorized Maritime Safety Identification Card (MSIC) and Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) cards for Wheatstone Downstream and Mt. Morgan
•Attended daily Leadership Meetings and weekly toolbox meetings

Achievements:
•Compiled billing weekly instead of monthly, thus minimizing errors and ensuring accurate figures are provided to Commercial Accountants in a timely manner.
•Trained senior management on Chevron approved CTR’s (variations), thus enabling CTR labour to be captured daily and ensured accurate roster management and contract compliance.
•Pioneered accuracy and timely payment of invoices for sub-contractors (Brijarcass and DXC).
•Actioned prompt payment of Nespresso Club invoices which had been outstanding for 6 months.

Administration Manager

•Reporting to the Area Manager working at Wheatstone Downstream Production and Gorgon Project Phase 5 on a 2/1 roster, responsible for assisting Commercial Accountants with budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable management, providing quotations and costing estimations to the client, ensuring contractual claims are substantiated and submitted
•Processed and submitted monthly invoicing to the client, created billing templates, reported on labor analysis and KPIs, audited payroll reports, reconciled monthly balance sheet and provided hands-on support to Site teams to execute, deliver and administer sub-contracts and the head contract
•Generated POs and capital expenditures for equipment, liaised with Food Consolidation Centre (FCC) and Toll ensuring prompt delivery of goods to site
•Reconciled credit card expenses through Concur Solutions and expense claims, monitored weekly banking of cash takings and float reconciliation, ordered change and ATM cash for site

Achievements:
•Assisted with the smooth transitioning of Wheatstone Construction to Wheatstone Production (commercial aspect). Created site-related financial procedures for Barrow Island and Onslow.
•Initiated and created the CTR Register to identify potential claims undertaken and ensured these were invoiced in a timely manner.
•Actioned prompt payment of over 150 overdue invoices for Onslow General Store Pty Ltd which had been outstanding for 1 year.

•Working at Wheatstone LNG Construction Project (7,400 personnel) on a 4/1 roster, responsible for collaborating with the Project Manager and Commercial Accountants in managing site financial operations including ATM’s, cash takings banking, ordering change, balance sheet, float and credit card reconciliation, petty cash and expense claims, auditing payroll reports, onsite functions costing, auditing retail and taverns’ stock, fostering contractual compliance

Achievements:
•Introduced Departmental Reports which increased accuracy in the labour tool and POB Report.
•Streamlined invoicing by reducing cash at site by encouraging residents to pay for functions via EFTPOS. 
•Accomplished accuracy of capturing funds placed into the ATM through the creation of ATM spreadsheet.
•Achieved and exceeded the monthly ESS observation KPIs by participating in Bechtel’s People Based Safety (PBS) Program.

Assistant Accountant

•Reporting to the Treasury and Finance Manager, responsible for processing cash-in-transit reports and daily bank reconciliation, creating and posting journals in Oracle, GL, credit cards and float reconciliations, setting up supplier accounts and electronic fund transfers through the Westpac portal, distributing treasury mail, ordering change, ATM funds, EFTPOS terminals and stationery for sites
