I am married and a mother of three and I understand how challenging it is to juggle time and commitment between family and career. I believe that ‘People make the difference’ and have mentored and motivate people under my charge; be it on a professional or personal matter. From then on, integrating people has always been my agenda. In the past 3 years, I have been consistently sharing my passion for this technology and building my team of Thermomix Advisors to create awareness of the benefits and convenience that Thermomix provides. I have also guided many Thermomix owners to set up small businesses selling products with their Thermomix. These products include Chicken Stock powder, Cakes, Biscuits, Breads, Cinnamon rolls and daily dishes. Personally, I love that I can empower many new owners from not being able to cook to cook like a Chef, ease many homeowners who must multitask in taking care of their children, monitor home schooling and providing healthy home cooked meals. During this pandemic, new norm of working from home, many professionals; especially lecturers and teachers have turn to Thermomix to help solve their lifestyle. I hold a Degree in Business Studies (Insurance) from Universiti Teknologi Mara. I am also a graduate of the Live By Design (LBD) Program by Billy Kueek International certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy (TLT), Hypnotherapy and NLP Coaching. I also hold a Billy Kueek Certified Train the Trainer and is also a HRDF Certified Trainer. She is also VLC (virtual Learn Caster) member since February 2021. Prior to my engagement with Thermomix, I was part of the management team who helped form KIC Oil & Gas Group in January 2004. The Group was principally involved in the activities of oil terminalling within Malaysia and the South East Asia region. I headed the Human Resource and Administration department of the Group, and saw to the development of the human asset from our humble beginning of 25 personnel to over 300 staff strength in 2008. Prior to my career in KIC, I had 10 years in various other disciplines including insurance broking. I was also involved in a German technology solution for crude oil tank cleaning. These experiences had given me the opportunity to present and introduce the company’s solutions to oil majors in the middle-east.
