Associate Director, Demand Generation

• Built and manage a $10 million demand generation budget across North America, Europe, and Asia. 
• Created and managed a growth strategy for our website chatbot Drift, driving $1 million in closed revenue in 10 months, a 100% increase, and a 32X ROI.

• Built and manage Mutiny A/B and personalization testing tool strategy and execution driving overall user journeys and personalization experiences for different audiences.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, web, content, and programs teams to implement growth strategies.
• Work closely with the operations team to analyze data and identify growth opportunities for Demand Generation campaigns.

Senior Growth Marketing Manager

As the first Demand Generation Manager hired under my Director I was responsible for building out and executing all functions of demand generation from paid search, paid social, email marketing, direct buys, campaign/program development and management, marketing operations, budget building and management, working with agencies, onboarding new tools, cross-departmental collaboration and more. After achieving an average of 50% year over year pipeline growth in the first two years, I supported hiring channel managers for our team and we have now grown to a team of 5 where I have since been promoted to a Senior Growth Marketing Manager.


• Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across demand generation channels generating $1 million in annual reoccurring revenue.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns including personalized experiences throughout the buyer journey using Drift chatbot, landing pages, paid advertising, email, gifting and cross-functional collaboration with sales, content marketing, and product marketing.
• Optimized demo and content landing pages by A/B testing new layouts and design increasing conversion rates 3X, generating a 51% increase in pipeline YoY.
• Built and manage an Asana project management request process streamlining priorities for the demand generation team and increasing overall efficiency working cross-departmentally.
• Managed a $2 million budget for media buying including building and owning the strategy, execution, reporting and optimizations driving this channel to be more efficient QoQ.
• Drive the strategy for paid social and search campaigns working with an agency to execute contributing to $16.3 million annual revenue for paid social and $3.4 million annual revenue for paid search YoY on average.
• Optimized email nurture streams and ran A/B tests increasing email open rates by 22% and conversion rates by 8% on average.

Demand Generation Manager

Sertifi, Inc.

• Led all demand generation efforts including paid search, paid social, email nurture, marketing operations, campaign development, and partnership management. 
• Managed marketing efforts for Sertifi's Rest API new product launch including creating educational content, updating web pages, developing a promotional strategy, hosting internal trainings, and designing an email promotional plan. 
• Developed a thought leadership virtual chat series interviewing business leaders on their success stories. This included editing videos, launching the series across social media, promoting it across all marketing channels, boosting brand awareness, and positioning Sertifi as a thought leader in the industry.

Marketing Program Manager

• Produced two webinars with 300+ attendees from developing a project plan, email marketing promotion, cross-departmental relationship management, designing promotional material, executing the webinar, and creating follow-up outreach resulting in 150 new leads and customer upsell opportunities.
• Managed three virtual event sponsorships from start to finish defining the strategy, email outreach, managed material deadlines, implemented a sales follow up process, and created a post event targeted campaign.

Event Marketing Specialist

Waldorf Astoria Chicago

• Conducted monthly sales calls visiting offices in downtown Chicago, educating prospective clients on hotel event offerings generating an increase in event bookings.   
• Produced 60+ high-level corporate group events from the beginning planning stages, vendor management, internal department coordination, scheduling, client relationship management, and onsite event execution. 
• Managed day-to-day operations of the event department, including answering client questions, gathering payment and contract details, reporting, coordinating with outside vendors, and ensuring all internal departments were aligned. 
• Achieved the #1 meeting planner survey score for Hilton Worldwide in 2018 at 96.7%.
• Built monthly projected sales forecast reports in Excel and communicated updates and expectations with all departments.
