My main role is to support the Programme and Project Managers during the Data Centre Rationalisation and Technology Alignment Programme mentoring and coaching project managers in modern methodologies and techniques.

Key responsibilities include:
	Day to day management of a Programme support office
	Provide support and guidance to the Project Managers and Programme Manager at pre-inception, initiation & throughout the life cycle of the Programme, ensuring common approach is adopted & sharing good practice
	Set standards for how projects are run and ensure project management standards are followed by developing wide range of documentations using PMP and Agile technologies
	Gathering of projects data and production of information for management review
	Conduct analysis on processes and tools to improve efficiency and performance
	Working on managing and facilitating the portfolio management process
	Complex Data analysis using MS Excel – design and maintain
	Design reports using MS Access
	Process development and optimatisation
	
	Capturing project requests and ensuring each request has sufficient information to assess the project
	Implementing scoring and prioritisation models to help assess which requests should be approved.
	Keeping an up-to-date repository of projects underway and requests pending review – Developed strategy and Implemented Kanban tool to help management maximise the productivity of team 
	Implemented on-boarding training programme for new starters
	Created and maintained Programme internal web sites and SharePoint sites to ensure stakeholders are up to date with prgramme progress
	Track Programme financials

Key responsibilities include assisting the Head of PMO:

	Provide planning and analytical support to global project manager using MS Project as a reporting tool.  Capture, consolidate and report project progress in timely manner.  
	Ensuring internal and external consistency of reporting to be monitored and controlled at project level.  Ensure interdependencies within programme and project plans are identified and reflected. Assist and advise other project managers in building plans and filing in project documentation and forms.  To review and enforce the organisations planning framework, processes and procedures producing status reports in accordance with schedules. 
	Present information for internal meetings on the projects.
	Day to day management of a Programme support office (Governance, reporting, managing risks and issues registers)

PMO Analyst/Planner

My main role is to support the IT Programme and Project Managers during the implementation of a new claim management system ClaimCentre.
Key responsibilities include:
Day to day management of a Programme support office
Provide support and guidance to the Project Managers and Programme Manager at pre-inception, initiation & throughout the life cycle of the Programme, ensuring common approach is adopted & sharing good practice.
Check adherence to the Programme objectives and ensure governance is in line with the overall portfolio
Support Programme and Project Managers and Programme and seek to improve key reporting tasks (e.g., preparation of Steering Group Pack, progress reporting, performance analysis and issues, risks, assumptions and dependency maintenance.)
Collate and conduct quality checks of IT workstreams updates and production of milestone and  progress reports for various stakeholders
Provide visibility of progress across the projects providing basis for further decisions
Maintain risk and issues logs, ensuring actions and mitigation are up to date, collating new risks and issues
Maintain the project schedule, tracking milestones and escalating as appropriate
Analyse interfaces and critical dependencies between projects as required
Manage resource plans
	Manage and maintain programme documentation using arePoint
General project related support, including ownership of smaller workstreams of activity, producing statements of work, assisting with production of presentation
Manage project Purchase Orders (POs) - raise new ones, track existing ones and close down old ones
Undertake financial analysis of project costs – review monthly cost centre entries, update cost tracker and feed into cost forecasting process.
Liaise with individuals in project team, Finance and the wider business and IT community to understand and confirm costs being charged to the project

PMO Analyst

Result driven, focused proven Programme Senior PMO Analyst/ Planner with 18 year experience working on Programme Portfolios and major Projects, who can help startup and co-ordinate Global Programmes ensuring that they conform to company governance, run smoothly and realise their benefits. I am a self starter and am very well skilled in using the full MS applications suite of products and have designed many complex data spreadsheets using MS Excel. I am a competent user of MS Access, PowerPoint, Project, Excel, Visio, Planview, Clarity, and Leankit Kanban.  I have designed several Programme reports by interfacing this with an SQL 2000 database. My data manipulating and analytical skills are excellent and I could easily transition into a pure data analyst role. I have produced many presentations to senior executives using MS PowerPoint and in addition to MS Excel have also used Business Objects to create reports and generate dashboards.
Excellent data governance and management processes put in place to reduce data discrepencies and issues to ensure quality reporting and information management to various stakeholders.
I have produced several project plans and have consolidated them to create reports using various views for senior management reports.

I have an excellent analytical mind and can cope with multiple streams of work efficiently. My ideal position would be as a Scrum Master / PMO Manager.
