Full Stack Developer

Research, Training and Management (RTM) International 

•	Perform basic geographic analysis for maps and other reports. Present data using PowerPoint and other tool aids. Maintain the database/ mapping related to health facilities in the refugee communities and host populations.
•	Support capacity development initiatives from the government and other stakeholders, for the generation, compilation, analysis, use and interpretation of health-related data for evidence-based policy and decision making.
•	Provide support in developing sector strategic planning, midterm reviews, multi sector need assessments, minimum service package etc.
•	Implement and maintain the MIS of the project and contribute to the preparation of MIS reports as required;
•	Preparation of monthly/quarterly/half yearly/yearly MIS reports;
•	Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports;
•	Organize and conduct training on MIS for project staff;
•	Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from projec

•	Assist the PD during emergency in timely developing information products and activities/plans.

Management Information System Officer

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders, prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets, maintain and update company databases, organize filing system for important and confidential company documents.

• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for), update office policies as needed, Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments, book meeting rooms as required, distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)

• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned; arrange travel and accommodations, schedule in-house and external events.

• Publish and remove job ads, schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed, Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like the total number of hires by the department, develop training and onboarding material.

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets, managing records, and receipts, reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions, record accounts payable and accounts receivable update internal systems with financial data, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

• Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process, providing customer service to clients, resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and teams, being a key point of contact for other departments on financial matters.

• Arrange the local purchase and procurement and ensure the distribution of materials and maintain records. Supervise and provide assistance to support staff.

• Track bank deposits and payments, assist with budget preparation, review and implement financial policies, Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.

Finance & Admin Officer

• Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails; Prepare presentations, reports, and general correspondence and Board materials; work independently and within a team on special projects
• Focal person of all the financial and administrative issues and tasks as well as providing customer service to staffs, vendors and donors. 
• Maintain Financial Records at the field level. Maintain Project Bank Account in the field and other Necessary registers. Prepare Bank reconciliation statement monthly.

• Maintain voucher and other Documents Properly. Provide administrative support to project to preserve Employee contract file properly. Preserve Employee Information on project staff regarding attendance, absence, Leave etc. Inform project staff of any Circular, Notice, and Office Order etc.

• Arrange the local purchase and procurement and ensure the distribution of materials and maintain records. Provide logistic supports for arranging training, orientation, and workshops. Supervise and provide assistance to support staff.

• Support Executives and preparing monthly/quarterly financial report and sent it to head office and relevant authorities. Report from time to time finance and admin department as necessary. Report to the finance and admin department in Head Office regarding the project’s progress.

Finance Officer

• Answer and direct phone calls; organize correspondence and answer emails; Prepare presentations, reports, and general correspondence 
• Maintaining day-to-day records of account payables and receivables, maintaining and controlling the expenses of the program, reporting the daily, weekly and monthly cash flow and financial statements.
• Presenting accounting issues and results to the executive, managing the account's budget and invoices with the client and coordinating with vendors.
• Manage petty cash and expenses, general accounting work, prepare payroll sheet & salary calculations, budgeting, & financial forecasts.

Finance Assistant

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry, check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary, obtain further information for incomplete documents.
• Update data and delete unnecessary files, combine and rearrange data from source documents where required. Enter data from source documents into a prescribed computer database, files, and forms.
• Transcribe information into required electronic format, scan documents into document management systems or databases, check completed work for accuracy, store completed documents in designated locations. Test and review new data entry software.

Data Management Assistant

•	Data entry to prescribed database by coordination with data collector, compile and sort documents for data entry, check source documents for accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary, provide feedback to respective data collector as well as communicate to data manager by using desktop screen sharing and file-sharing tools such as Team Viewer and Dropbox.  
•	Act like a focal person of Data Management Section in field office and responsible for all data management related tasks and issues. Test and review new data entry software. 
•	Work with field staff to ensure understanding of roles and responsibilities in data collection and M&E. Assist in troubleshooting data submission errors and data error issues. Assist in performing and documenting procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization, and analysis Assist in data reporting and analysis.

•	Tracking, checking, compiling data following up with team and client, provide customer service as well as doing basic graphical design related work. 
•	Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.
•	Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
