AdColony is a mobile video platform for developers to monetise their inventory. 

I launched the AdColony business in EMEA as the first non-US employee.

This was pre acquisition by Opera Mediaworks and included:
- establishing a legal entity, employee contracts, payroll, office etc
- setting up a sales plan and ensure revenue targets exceeded
- hiring an amazing team with aligned culture and operational process
- lead a team of 30+ and took revenue from <$5M to >$100M revenue in 3 years

Post acquisition by Opera Mediaworks:
- set the local strategy, vision and operating plan
- lead the unified EMEA business delivery across 10 offices (with large scale consolidation)
- manage the P & L to ensure goals achieved
- lead a team of 200+ and revenue of $150M+

Somo is a specialist mobile agency.

VP Client Services:
- lead and manage global client account teams
- supporting all client teams with strategy and planning
