This is my family business which focuses on Real Estate Rentals. Our Family has various Real Estate and Farm properties. I worked with my father in managing these commercial spaces including a small convention center where I helped my father in organizing marriages, and political, and public events. 

We also had a lodging business that is now defunct. My father ventured into several small businesses that were not fruitful. We saw many ups and downs in the family business.

I helped my father from a young age. I also managed the tenants and managed the finances like filing taxes and handling several errands.

On our farm properties, we used to farm Banana, Pine Apple, and Tapioca and later we moved on to Rubber Cultivation. I helped whenever I could in the various farming activities.

I was promoted to a leadership role and this was the biggest challenge in my career. I wore various hats for this role. I learned A to Z of Exotic Wood Zone's business. 

I led a team of Marketers, SEO Analysts, Graphic Designers, Web Developers, Ecommerce Management Associates, Customer Support, Consultants, Industry Experts, and Interns. This was very challenging as it was a remote job, I had to learn and improvise a lot to keep up with the work and the team.

And Guess What? Hard Work pays off. Exotic Wood Zone's business grows into 7 figures in the next 6 months. That too, when Covid was wreaking havoc around the world.

I managed several sales and social media campaigns. I learned about Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Conversion Optimization, and eCommerce Ads.

Moreover, I helped the team in automating many mundane online tasks and created several systems for smooth online operations. 

At Exotic Wood Zone, We created a brand called Jobois, a finished wood product brand that is in the early stages of its growth. Also, we overseed the merger of B2B firm, Bluemountain Exporters with Exotic Wood Zone to form Exotic Wood Zone India.

Digital Marketing Manager

I was assigned to write content for blogs and marketing materials. Moreover, I focused on researching and writing product descriptions based on the keywords researched, And adding them using inventory files. 

Here, I learned about the basics of e-commerce management. I handled several backend activities of Exotic Wood Zone's e-commerce store. I managed the Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy accounts.
