Dawn Foods is a global leader in bakery ingredient manufacturing and distribution, with a rich history spanning over 100 years. In my current role at Dawn Foods, I lead Digital Transformation efforts spanning Europe and AMEAP regions. My mission: deploy advanced data-driven systems, driving business insights and elevating the customer experience. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, in-depth analysis, technical design, and strategic alignment.

Leveraging Salesforce and a hybrid Agile-Safe® approach, we executed four transformative projects. We introduced an efficient CRM, centralizing lead, customer, and visit data, boosting our commercial teams' productivity.
To enhance the customer experience, we launched a Customer Service management module, setting the stage for automation, A.I., and predictive analytics. Marketing Cloud was integrated, empowering tailored customer journeys, optimizing content and frequency to fuel customer growth.
Remarkably, we achieved this across nine regions and twelve languages with just three FTEs. Our crowning achievement: a fully integrated B2B Customer Portal in Poland, offering one-click re-ordering, barcode scan-to-cart, and A.I.-driven product bundling.

All in the first 24 months. I optimized our team structure, streamlined suppliers, and initiated Automation efforts, saving time and operational costs. All achieved with existing resources.

As the Program Manager during the transformation of the B2B Digital Program, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure that the new business value-driven model aligned with our customers' needs and expectations. By incorporating user research and feedback, we were able to deliver continuous and incremental improvements to the digital platforms and components.

Together with the Technical Project Managers and the Development team, we leveraged Sales Force integrating it with the eCommerce and Selfcare portals into the digital platform, ensuring that the user interface and user experience were intuitive and seamless. By utilizing the Identity and Access Management suite, we were able to provide a personalized experience to our customers across multiple countries.

The easy-to-use scalable platform and component library that we delivered enabled the Sales & Marketing team to launch new products and promotions quickly and efficiently, based on market changes, user feedback, or usage-based analytics. As the Program Manager, I ensured that the platform's design and functionality were flexible enough to accommodate various products and promotions while maintaining a consistent user experience as well as ensuring a timely and efficient delivery.

Program Manager B2B Digital Transformation

As an IT leader, I was instrumental in creating and implementing a new IT Delivery Framework Governance and relevant processes across IT in a multi-country organization. I was the main stakeholder for the IT Delivery Organization, and I led and coordinated a team of Technical Project Managers, acting as the first and second line of escalation.

I successfully managed the delivery of a multi-million euro portfolio, ranging from fixed telephony to video and entertainment. In addition, I produced progress and financial reports for Senior Management & Program Stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status and financial metrics.

During my tenure, I grew the team from 12 to 18 members while expanding the portfolio from 18 to over 50 projects. By driving efficiencies through standardization and knowledge sharing, we achieved notable success in delivering projects on time and within budget.

Senior Manager Planning & Systems Integration

Transformed and managed all the MVNO IT deliveries, including infrastructure and software project deliverables, in support of the Corporate, IT and Country Delivery Roadmap.
Led staff (both within Mobile Lifecycle Services Team, outsource partners and in other peer groups within the company) to ensure successful deliveries.
Managed the IT end-to-end budget of 5M€ per quarter.
Vendor management for Delivery Partners including commercial contract negotiation and procurement activities.

Achievement highlights
After completing the transformation into Agile, jointly led the team that went on to deliver a full stack MVNO implementation in five countries on time and under budget.

Delivery Manager Mobile

Agiboo

As a Project Manager and Technical Engineer at Agiboo, I played a key role in the development and implementation of Agiblocks, an innovative CTRM system. Designed for producers, manufacturers, and traders across the metals, agricultural, and energy markets, Agiblocks offers a single web-based modular application that incorporates trading, risk management, logistics, and financial management.

Using Agile Methodology, we provided regular upgrades to our customers, ensuring maximum efficiency in a fast-moving environment. My responsibilities included gathering customer requirements and turning them into product specifications, managing product implementation at key customers in the Metals and Sugar trading businesses, and providing consultancy to customers to optimize the application for their unique trading and risk management processes.

Additionally, I managed the delivery of regular upgrades to all customers, organized product demonstrations for potential customers, and followed up with Sales presentations to key stakeholders. In this role, I developed a deep understanding of the complexities of the Commodities Trading Industry, as well as expertise in software development processes.

Technical Support Engineer & Project Manager

As the Lead Operations Analyst at Moresby, my role involved managing various tasks such as project managing the integration with electronic retailers, developing and maintaining business reporting requirements, reviewing and negotiating buying terms with suppliers, implementing IP interconnects with new carriers and wholesale buyers, ensuring daily quality assurance of all products, services, and platforms, and managing the LCR while making real-time business critical decisions.

Operations Analyst

Global-Nomi, Ltd

As head of the Network Operations Centre responsible for our Portuguese operation, I managed day-to-day operations, coordinated a local team, recruited and trained an offsite team, and served as the main point of contact for local suppliers and partners. I ensured 24/7/365 coverage and QoS, reviewed quality benchmarks, implemented real-time decisions, agreed on buying terms with suppliers, reviewed costs, and held meetings with UK-based suppliers. Additionally, I handled first-point voice call issues and third-party supplier escalations and implemented IP interconnects with new customers and suppliers.

In this role, I reported directly to the CEO.

Head of Portugal Offices/Head of NOC

During this period, I was based in our London offices and tasked with managing and supporting the MVNO Operations Team. My responsibilities included developing and enhancing test scripts for end-to-end solutions, unit testing SIMs, producing call flows, managing third-party relationships, and developing business reports. I also managed the full project life-cycle for new MVNOs, delivered post-implementation training, and oversaw a team of five staff providing 24/7 support for the mobile solution. Additionally, I analyzed the impact of the new MVNO on existing business processes and made necessary adjustments.

Technical Engineer

As an Operations Analyst at Global-Nomi, I oversaw the creation, delivery, and activation of over £50M worth of prepaid calling card services across multiple distribution channels, including the Post Office and electronic terminal distributors per year. 

I maintained continuous communication with Sales and Finance departments, producing weekly reports for department Directors. Additionally, I was responsible for creating and managing tariffs for several hundred calling card products as well as agreeing on the buying terms with our suppliers, reviewed our cost base regularly, and held weekly meetings with UK-based suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.

As a Digital Transformation Expert, I specialize in driving business growth through strategic planning and innovative digital solutions. With a proven track record in program management and certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2 Foundation, and SAFe Agilist, I have the skills to lead successful transformation initiatives.

My ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, combined with my passion for technology, allows me to develop and execute digital strategies that align with an organization's goals and objectives. My customer-centric approach ensures that every solution I deliver adds value to the end-user and positively impacts the bottom line.
