I have over 10 years of experience within the Personal Development field. Working with a variety of client groups supporting them to achieve their full potential. Building confidence and self esteem with individuals who have experienced trauma in their lives. Transforming their quality of life for them to live a more fulfilling and happier life. I have successfully worked with refugees & asylum seekers, young people from the age of 10 years old, women who were suffered abuse and people from all walks of life. Previous to the launching as a Life Coach I was a project manager with Start up projects that made a difference to the lives of others. Within the first 6 months of running the ‘Refugee mentoring programme’ I achieved annual targets and KPI's. 100% of all young people in the ‘Diana Award mentoring programme’ resulted in increased confidence and progressed in their goals. Transforming young people from 'vulnerable' to 'confident' young people has been an extremely rewarding role. Colleagues know me to be a people’s person who easily engages with clients while helping them reach their full potential. Having this natural flare of supporting others led me to train as a NLP practitioner from which I launch Ash Coaching, where I focus on helping individuals to achieve their life dreams and overcome obstacles that have held them back in living their life.
