SUP.VC

SUP is an intensive accelerator program to help startups to grow in Azerbaijan and expand to international markets.

During 3-month program, startups are going to build their products, learn different practices that are applied in international environment and the program will be completed by Demo Day the last month. Sup.az will be a melting pot for our local startups by providing access to capital, mentorship, customer acquisition and product development.
With dozens number of mentorship network across the world, Sup will deliver the knowledge, international practice and best entrepreneurial journey in Azerbaijan.

- Launched 3 batches of acceleration + involved in content design & execution

StartupFest is event with participation of successful AIESEC Alumnis from different parts of the world and local business people. The aim of the project is to provide development of start ups in Azerbaijan. 

The project will bring 350 people: startups, investors and student who already have their start ups or are going to have ones.

During the event speakers will share their stories, success, failures, experiences in their businesses. The event will consist of presentations, workshops, panel discussions. This is the first project in the history of AIESEC Azerbaijan connected to start ups.

I'm on a mission to support various innovation ecosystem stakeholders (government entities, corporations, foundations, ecosystem builders, and other stakeholders) in emerging markets by designing innovation strategies, connecting the right people, building efficient processes, and bringing capacity-building expertise.

I have designed & implemented activities across 15 countries in CEE & Central Asia.

Right after my studies at Baku State University, I founded a car-sharing startup, helping locals in Azerbaijan and travelers to find vehicles for temporary needs. Yet, working with entrepreneurs was always a passion for me, and I've continued my journey by being part of SUP.VC - first startup accelerator in Azerbaijan - since its inception. I managed to build a strong community of startups and investors in Azerbaijan and help entrepreneurs grow their ventures.

My journey of working with entrepreneurs went further with Seedstars - A swiss-based group of companies that is one of the fastest-growing ecosystem builders in emerging markets, covering more than 100+ startup ecosystems worldwide. At Seedstars, I created, implemented, and scaled some global initiatives across Central & Eastern Europe, Caucasus & Central Asia, raised awareness around entrepreneurship, provided tools, knowledge & methodologies to startups, consulted incubators, accelerators, corporates, foundations & government institutions with their innovation agenda in emerging markets.

Later, I led the research work for the EU4Digital DISC Program (Ernst & Young), advising them on designing support mechanisms for entrepreneurial ecosystems in Eastern Partnership countries.

Currently, I'm joining the efforts of 500 Global to uplift people and economies around the world through entrepreneurship.

When not supporting startup ecosystems, I do spend my time over a piano, drinking earl grey tea, reading non-fiction & trying to turn off my geeky mood :)
