A key accomplishment was my role in co-leading the inaugural SHINE NOW event back in 2019, where I assisted in creating relevant content pillars for the event and liaising with key partners and talents; being able to see an event through from conceptualisation to execution not only allowed me to learn how to better manage multiple workstreams, but also taught me invaluable skills about establishing clear communication channels and objectives to ensure timely progress.

- Open Circles 2019: Managed the event’s social media account, achieving a 20% increase in
follower count within a week
