As a Talent and Organisation Lead, I was responsible for organisation talent strategies including indenfying talent, driving talent development initiatives, succession planning and change management initiatives. 
Achievements - 
• Led in-house development and rollout of a companywide skill assessment portal to assess behavioural training needs and employee potential with 97% completion rate among 2200 employees. The internal portal also resulted in cost saving of SGD 20,000 per annum of training budget
• Received exemplar HoD Award-Team Category for orienting all the employees on company's values by creating an overall training roadmap, tailoring curriculum as per regional needs and facilitating train-the-trainer session for business trainers and HR business partners
• Optimised Learning & Development budget of SGD 480,000/annum focusing on virtual classroom webinars, self-paced learning programs and byte sized e-learnings videos in partnership with functional training teams & external vendors 
• Collaborated with senior management to develop and implement succession plans for critical roles which led to 36% of identified successors integrating successfully in critical roles in 2021 
• Release Individual Development plans for 2 consecutive cycles to promote continuous and self-learning culture in the organisation
• Enabled managers to facilitate developmental discussions their teams so that they effectively co-partner in their learning journeys which resulted in increase of learner’s engagement scores by 40%
• Supported company DEI initiative by conducting workshops for managers on ‘unconscious bias’ and ‘D&I in virtual workplace’ which increased awareness and inclusivity among teams and let to 2% delta shift in women hiring.

• Partnered with Aditya Birla Centre of Excellence to design functional knowledge training for employees through self-learning byte size videos and learning modules on Liquor, Fashion & Apparel and FMCG business units 
• Liaised with business heads to develop a new hire onboarding program for sales associates to increase engagement and integrate them into company culture. The training reduced attrition of new sales associates by 10% 
• Managed digital learning initiative by creating easily accessible short learning videos for all employees and monitoring their learning progress by tracking attendance, feedback, and evaluation to ensure maximum impact
