- Manage the delivery of wholesale mobility value added services along 2 key products lines : cloud numbers and mobile identity across the MTN group footprint in Africa and the middle east.
- Ensure compliance with in market regulatory guidelines for cloud numbers and mobile identity
- Gather market insights and competitive intelligence 
- Develop business cases to support business intitiatves for Cloud numbers and Mobile identity services

Manager, Cloud numbering and Authentication services

•	Manage product development and launch of  video and gaming value added services
•	Collaborate with data and consumer segments team to develop data propositions for video and gaming services.
•	Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across MTN Nigeria : tecnology, sales, customer relations and business inteligence to understand market trends and obtain customer insights to drive digital subscriber growth
•	Analyse market trends and co-ordinate competitive intelligence gathering
•	Conduct product performance analysis by benchmarkeing against set KPI’s
•	Identify and develop strategic OTT parnerships 
•	Manage below the line marketing using telco marketing inventory: sms, balance enquiry, end of call notification, over the air push, self service and other digital channels
•	Co-ordinate above the line marketing for video and gaming services in collaboration with VAS partners
•	Ensure regulatory complaince in the development and communication of all products
•	Co-ordinate product testing and user journey management 
•	Grow active users, subscriptions and revenue
•	Partnership management and contract negotiations
•	Develop 360 degree product marketing strategy for video and gaming services

•Conduct market research to obtain customer insights on existing products and new product concepts
•Conduct market performance survey to determine net promoter scores and provide actionable imperatives
•Maintain daily recharges forecast model.
•Generate market insights for COO weekly meeting from google search trends, below the line competitor monitoring and trade intelligence.
•Weekly competitive market analysis

Business Intelligence Analyst - (GGDP)

•Develop new digital streams for on demand video and audio content
•Manage over 20 content partners and 2 technical partners across major services VAS products : Caller ring back tunes (CRBT), MTN Shortz and Comdey Plus
•Develop user requirement specifications (URS) and product concept documents (PCD) for VAS and digital products.
•Revamp and marketing of the MTN self service app (MyMTN App) 
•Product development and customer journey mapping
•Product performance management and reporting
•Product launch and Go to market strategy (Above the line and Digital)
•Below the line targeted VAS marketing campaigns using traditional telecom marketing inventory (USSD, SMS, Balance Inquiry, End of Call notification, IVR)
