Agi has an international background and moved to Singapore in 2018, where she founded Westbourne Associates Pte Ltd. They work globally and cross-culturally with corporates and individuals on tailored Leadership Development Programs, Executive & Leadership Coaching, Facilitations & Assessments. Prior to becoming a full-time coach, Agi worked successfully in Financial Services recruitment for six years as a Director managing three teams. 

In Agi’s free time, when not learning to swing a club around the golf course, she plays LEGO® with her kids.
