We started our startup to create a care platform, where we used a smartwatch that monitored patients' health data in real time, using several layers of technology. The solution consisted of the smartwatch, a mobile application and a web management application.
During the development of this process, a problem arose in the process of managing and monitoring sales executives.
We adjusted our platform for the sales executive market. Our solution accompanies the sales executive in the field when carrying out customer service, using a mobile application and a web management application.
The sales executive's service history is stored in the organization's database, allowing the manager to draw up strategies to achieve targets using a series of indicators.
We are inserting AI agents to help in the analysis and decision-making process, by managing and supporting the sales executive with data on the data collected.
The entire platform is developed using 100% Open Source technology.
We are now in the demonstration and sales phase of our platform, which can be adapted to any market segment.

STEMativa

I worked on the creation and development of a credit platform for tokenizing carbon credits. I carried out an extensive study of the Cripto Valle ecosystem in Switzerland. I then found a local law firm to open a company in Switzerland that belonged to Cripto Valle.
I carried out an analysis of all the blockchain networks and we chose Algorand because it is a 100% sustainable network for tokenizing carbon credits.
I actively participated in setting up the team that would develop the platform, interviewing, testing and training.
I was the analyst and developer of a carbon inventory project for one of Brazil's largest multinational pulp processing companies.

Change from Microsoft SqlServer to PostgreSQL database, reducing database costs.

I handed over the entire firewall administration side to a company specializing in monitoring and anomaly detection.
During the pandemic, together with the team, we developed our own software for working from home that complied with the banks' security rules, based on an Open Source solution.
In two weeks during the pandemic, with the solution developed, we had 980 people working from home without affecting deliveries to clients.
I actively participated in the development and testing of products and deployments and integrations with clients.
During this period I interviewed and worked on the selection process for more than 300 IT professionals to improve the team.
I developed and approved strategic partners in a wide range of IT-related segments.
I personally developed a tracking solution using IOT/Sigfox using Open Source technologies.
