- Developing and shaping the foundation's strategy, which involves setting goals, defining priorities, and identifying the most effective ways to achieve our mission of empowering entrepreneurial teenagers.
- Establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations with other organizations, educational institutions, and companies supporting our mission. 
- Being engaged in fundraising efforts to secure financial resources for the foundation's initiatives and ensuring sound financial management to sustain the organization's operations.
- Overseeing a team of teens who run the program under my supervision and mentoring them

Assisting the company's owners in driving strategic initiatives and achieving operational excellence, the role encompassed strategy implementation, HR leadership, and process optimization across various departments. Notable achievements include:
- Collaborating with company leadership to design and implement semi-annual strategic projects aligned with defined KPIs.
- Overseeing employee performance processes, including KPI evaluations and bonus calculations.
- Establishing the HR department from the ground up, creating essential processes, and refining them over time
- Implementing new HR practices like salary reviews and devising strategies to boost employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities included strategic, operational, and HR initiatives such as:
- Conducting strategic and financial evaluations in response to market shifts and conditions, covering risk evaluations, layoffs, and budget adjustments.
- Developing and managing OKRs for the entire organization, acting as an OKR coach to foster alignment among essential stakeholders.
- Overseeing the HR department by leading initiatives aimed at improving processes, boosting employee engagement, and facilitating people development (e.g., 360-degree reviews and creating development paths for key managers to promote leadership growth).
- Driving process improvements, such as enhancing collaboration between marketing and sales teams to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
- Organizing workshops for clients, utilizing expertise to create new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Ringier Axel Springer Polska

Responsible for business continuity and growth with special attention to innovation and investment opportunities, and serving as the right hand of the COO (Jovan Protic) on a few projects. Duties included:

- cross-functional cooperation and  with C-level management on investment opportunities, innovations, trends and market strategies
- market screening for business and investments opportunities, cases analysis and investment recommendation to Management Board
- crafting market development strategies to adapt to evolving market demands and disruptive technologies, while proposing potential business prospects (such as a metaverse strategy for portals, establishing a metaverse room for Noizz, and developing a related B2B marketing offer)
- creating program for cooperation with startups RAS SART ME UP and overseeing its implementation within the company, including internal processes, business model for a cooperation, market communication etc.
- acting as a startup ambassador and primary point of contact within the company, successfully forming four partnerships with startups across various sectors.
engaging in business development activities, resulting in the acquisition of three new clients in under a year
- formulating a strategy for a new team of three and defining its role within the company  while managing it on a daily basis.
- authoring and hosting the "Innovation Hour," a session aimed at educating employees about various technologies and innovations.

Head of innovation and e-commerce investment

Responsible for innovation stratedgy and its implementation:
-  Initiated strategic continuous improvement opportunities throughout innovations, new technologies
- Researched innovations, cutting-edge technologies as well as market strategies, mainly focus on digitalization in TMT and banking industries (i.e. open innovation approach, open API, AI)
- Led the internal innovation program: 
  ->  Initiator role: Conceived the program supporting internal innovation aimed at customer experience improvement, new product development, and higher employee engagement; developed a business case for an IT system implementation. Gained the Management Board’s support, budget and built a team from the scratch
-> Project manager role: led deployment of an existing IT system (SaaS) on the business side and organization of the launch: established internal processes, policies, rules and regulations around the
program and started gamification among users
-> Business owner role: launch of new innovation challenges supporting strategy or organizational development; running marketing campaigns promoting identified solutions, sponsor finding and CAPEX fundraising to implement ideas ideated in the program
-> Participation rate of 50% registered users (in 4 months – 1k users) - above KPI’s
-> Designed Innovation Academy for employees 
- Led acceleration programs for startups 
-> Launch, designed, and managed three acceleration programs (i.e. developed processes, procedures, incubator and manage day-to-day activities)
-> Developed and executed strategy for outreaching, hunting, attracting and onboarding deserving and qualified innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups 
-> Startup scouting and potential assessment as well as finding sponsor for particular proof of concept with startup
-> Coach entrepreneurs and start-up companies in product and business development
-> Commercialization of startup products developed in the acceleration programs

Head of Innovation 

Manager of the group’s strategic initiatives under the Business Transformation Program:
-Author and leader of a number of initiatives which support implementation of the capital group’s strategy (including: finding sponsors for these initiatives within the organization, co-operation in building business cases and finding business partners (e.g. operationalization of the strategy for corporate innovation, building the innovation team, leading internal programs supporting culture of innovation)
-Designed and led workshops on change management as part of the Business Transformation Program, also cross-functional workshops aimed at translating strategies into product ideas (for more than 70 employees) and held trainings in new approaches to innovation development including design thinking workshops (for 40 employees)
- One of the leaders in the Business Transformation of the B2C operations: 
-> Led the preparation for business transformation of B2C operations and the rollout strategy. 
-> Performed the necessary foundation work for change management readiness by developing transformation road map, detailed project plan including the following deliverables: omnichannel concept, customer journeys model, processes mapping, recommendation on organizational change.
-> Responsible for developing comprehensive and multi-channel communication strategy as well as educating, and creating buy-in for the program.
-> Defined areas in need of improvement. 
- Reported into the Program Director and the Management Board to define the 3 year company strategy, goals and KPIs to manage the company for a Digital Era. 
- Directed and led a team of 50experts across 5 work streams and all 3rd party relations (i.e. managed the consulting partner, negotiated the contract).

Transformation Program Manager

Management of highly demanding projects on the capital market under time pressure and advisory in legal matters related to particular project. The scope of responsibilities included: 
(1)	project management of the transaction:
      -	planned, organize, and implemented all aspects of the project
      -	 managed the relationship between project members, an external group of advisors and the client (up to 40 people) and provided project status reports directly to the management board of companies and financial institutions participated in the project
      -	worked on project documentation and provided its compliance with the law
(2)	 business consulting and legal advisory:
     -	structured the business concept and strategy for a transactions (project) with other parties
     -	conducted the legal due diligence and business research relating to projects that included business models analysis, company strategy, operations, regulatory overview, identification of the risk factors, competitive advantages, and industry market analysis, well as assessment of the market growth potential
     -	business development to corporations for capital market transactions that include pitch decks, offer preparation, and contract negotiations
