• Actively search for qualified candidates using various tools and sourcing channels (databases, job boards, search platforms, social media, etc.).
• Keep internal databases up to date.
• Create a talent pool based on the technical skills required for each search.
• Contact candidates, present opportunities, generate interest, and review employment references.
• Manage and execute the entire recruitment and selection process from start to finish.
• Collaborate in generating area reports.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Participate in departmental initiatives to create processes and drive continuous improvement.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Organize internal interviews.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify priorities and help processes move forward quickly.
• Collaborate in generating area reports.
• Participate in departmental initiatives to develop processes and promote continuous improvement.

👋 Hello! I'm Ago, I'm 32 years old, and I work as a Talent & People Growth Specialist at Streaver! 

🎓 I'm studying for my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and I also graduated as a Human Resources Analyst a couple years ago. Both careers allowed me to go into the world of Talent Acquisition, which I'm passionate about and where I learn something new every day! 

I love interacting with people, and I believe that my interpersonal skills, good communication (both in Spanish and English), charisma, along with my eagerness to learn and continuously grow, are some of my most notable abilities!
