--> Financial Stewardship - Review and approve annual budgets, major capital expenditures, and financial strategies while ensuring the company maintains healthy cash flow and meets investor expectations and regulatory requirements.
--> Executive Leadership Development - Recruit, evaluate, and support the CEO and senior management team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to execute the company's strategy effectively.
--> Stakeholder Relations Management - Serve as the primary liaison with major investors, key clients, and regulatory bodies while representing the company at industry events and maintaining relationships with strategic partners.
--> Risk Management and Compliance - Oversee enterprise risk management frameworks, ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and data privacy laws, and establish policies for operational continuity and security.
--> Performance Monitoring and Accountability - Track key performance indicators including customer satisfaction scores, agent productivity metrics, and revenue targets while ensuring accountability at all organizational levels.
--> Culture and Values Leadership - Champion the company's values and culture, promote employee engagement initiatives, and ensure the organization maintains high standards for customer service and ethical business practices.
