We provide the STRATEGY and EXECUTION for the complete revenue journey from initial brand awareness (marketing) through to closing game changing new logo deals (sales) and expanding revenue from existing accounts (account management). 

Phase 1: Review and Recommend
We audit your marketing, lead generation and sales plays and recommend what you should keep doing as well as what you should change. 

Phase 2: Implementation 
We implement the changes that we recommend in phase 1. We have a fulltime SDR work with you (under our management, using our techniques) to generate leads and battle test messaging. We have a social media manager that runs your social media for you (LinkedIn, YouTube and so on) if that's what you need. We make sure you can do everything on your own before we move to stage 3 (Phase 2 is often 6 months of work+)

Phase 3: Support
We remain in a supporting function, enabling you to call on us to help with anything you need. We can remain performing certain tasks if that suits you (for example, running your social media accounts, or running phone based campaigns)

Leading digital engagement (Marketing) for NTT Data Business Solutions in the UK and Ireland. This role was pivotal in digitally engaging with a section of our installed base clients, community and net new clients, operationalising intent-based marketing, enhancing client engagement across all stages of the buyer journey, and driving efficient, targeted messaging through primarily digital channels. 

I merged this team with the central marketing team when I exited.

Digital Engagement Director (Marketing Director)

Following the merge of Sapphire Systems to NTT Data Business solutions I am continuing to direct, lead and develop and grow the incredible team of account managers, known as the 'Digital Team'. 

At Sapphire I launched the Digital Team and delivered a 2.4x ROI in the first year. Merging with NTT Data Business Solutions will allow us to bring this new 'remote first account management' methodology to more clients

Global Role 

At Sapphire I launched, established and led the 'digital team' of passionate and enthusiastic account managers. This delivered very solid ROI for the business. 

I also directed and coached the global Business Development (lead generation) team as well as coaching their manager. This also involved helping implement ABM, which (as with my last role) increased the pipeline as well as the SAL numbers.

Full time racing/Pro Cyclist with Team Europe, took part in many top French and International races, gave interviews and helped create a positive image for the team and sponsors. Also assisted in French to English and English to French Translations for Riders and Management. I was team leader on flat races, advising on tactics and making sure they were well executed.

I am a seasoned leader, having hired, developed, trained and retained staff at multiple software and tech-enabled services businesses.

I have received multiple awards and recognition through my career for my revenue performance and results. I created This Is Scale at the end of November 2024 to bring all 16 years of experience to many organisations.  


Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends, as well as staying fit and healthy through running and cycling. I believe in maintaining a positive work-life balance and a growth mindset, and I am always open to learning new things and meeting new people.
