I have dedicated over three decades to studying and modeling what drives optimal performance. My mission is to mentor professional athletes, people leading multinational corporations, and other top performers to fulfill their maximum potential. My insatiable quest to decode performance has led me to complement my Graduate Degree from Yale University with an unending study of the growing body of scientific research on performance. This academic training is paired with 30 years of experience in the trenches as a competitive athlete and performance mentor to C-Suite executives, professional athletes, and performance artists. A fundamental factor in my optimal performance journey is his lifelong passion for training, teaching, and competing across five different martial arts, including a stay in Japan to train with legendary teachers. I have applied these skills in business as CEO leading up to 300 people, and has led post-merger integrations, transformations, and turnarounds, implementing performance tools and techniques across four continents and dozens of countries.
