As the Director of Employer Engagement and Experiential Learning at Rice University, I lead strategic initiatives that connect students with meaningful career opportunities and position Rice as a hub of talent for employers across industries. I oversee employer engagement, marketing and communications, data analytics, and experiential learning programs that support the professional development of Rice students and foster dynamic partnerships with industry leaders. Previously, I served as Director of the Engineering Professional Master's Programs (EPMP) at the George R. Brown School of Engineering and Computing. In that role, I led marketing, recruitment, program development, and community engagement efforts to grow and diversify graduate enrollment. I’ve collaborated extensively with faculty, staff, alumni, international institutions, and corporate partners to design impactful, globally minded academic programs. With a background that spans international higher education, private banking, and academic research in marketing and communications, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to my work. My passion lies in building bridges—between academia and industry, students and employers, and local and global communities—to create inclusive, forward-looking opportunities for growth.
