During my time as a Lead Associate at T-Mobile, I developed a deep understanding of the importance of listening to customers and building strong relationships with them. My primary responsibility was to work with customers to create customized packages that met their specific needs, while also fostering a sense of trust and loyalty.

In addition to my work with customers, I also took on a leadership role within the store by training new hires; providing them with the tools and knowledge they needed to succeed in their roles. Similiarly, I worked with other store managers to develop strategies for improving the performance of underperforming representatives.

Through my work at T-Mobile, I gained valuable experience in B2B sales, including B2C sales. I learned the art of creating customized packages for businesses, while still maintaining a focus on building strong relationships with clients. This knowledge helped me to further develop my skills as a sales professional and prepare me for future opportunities in the B2B sales environment.

At Best Buy, I gained extensive experience in B2C Sales and Customer Service.  In addition to my sales role, I also served as a Trainer for New and Current Employees.  I was graced with the opportunity to Help Pilot the Customer Assistant Program at Best Buy.  

This program was designed to cross train employees in different departments, allowing them to gain knowledge and experience in muliptle areas.  I worked closely with colleagues across deparments to develop the program, and over a period of six months, we saw signficant success in improving customer service with a sales increase of over 23%.  

The success of the program did not go unnoticed, and corporate leadership became knowledgable of its effectiveness.  As a result, they decided to introduce the program nationwide, using the model that I had created as the basis for implementation.  

Seeing the impact this program had on our company as a whole was a true highlight of my career, and I am proud to have been a part of its development and achievement.
