Chief Executive Officer

Boeing

Performed analysis of daily planned purchase orders and collaborated with cross-functional teams and Boeing suppliers to acquire critical inventories for airplane production. Results met essential deadlines for production and fulfilled shortages. 
Performed capacity planning, manage, and monitor production inventory to build parts for the aircraft and provided reporting forecast for future usage and disposition of parts. 
Performed analysis on the impact of the component shortages, identified the root cause, and defined inventory buffer targets to mitigate future issues - defined allocation plans for critical parts to ensure on-time inventory deployment to meet production deadlines.
Negotiated delivery schedules adjustments and expedite fee reductions with internal Boeing suppliers.

Supply Chain Analyst

United States Air Force

Supervise, train, and assign duties to 14 personnel. Manage item and monetary accounting, inventory control, financial planning. Monitor and operate Enterprise Solution-Supply (ESS) and associated logistics systems.

•	Operate mobility inventory control accountability system, operate forklift and other material handling equipment, operate equipment in a safe manner and follow all safety procedures.
•	Supervisor in charge of 12 personnel; managed 901,000 items worth $109 million that supported 9000 combat personnel while deployed to southwest Asia.
•	Training Manager of 90 personnel; conducted performance evaluations, scheduled all formal training classes, on-the-job training, and qualified personnel for completion of training.
•	One of thirty base wide military exercise evaluation inspectors. Ensured 500 personnel met standards of major accident incident. Inspected compliance procedures of daily job tasks of 16 personnel in wartime fighter environment. 
•	One of twelve Resiliency instructors; taught weekly life coping skills classes to over 750 personnel. 
•	Safety inspector who performed over 40 safety inspections in 3 warehouses. Zero write-ups in 2 year period as safety custodian. Unit voluntary protection program member who contributed to unit closing 81 safety discrepancies over 2 years.

Warehouse Supervisor

Supervised and performed orders of mission capable assets including assets for A-10 and F-16 aircraft. 

•	Coordinated daily with Defense logistics agency, UPS, FEDEX and other Air force support agencies on transportation of aircraft part shipments worth over $16 million to/from the United States. 
•	Briefed base leadership on up to minute status of all mission critical aircraft parts with a excel spreadsheet. Scheduled and briefed quarterly meetings with aircraft maintenance leadership status on the latest repair trends and intermediate repair enhancement program.
•	Performed semiannually inspections on all aircraft maintenance supply related functions. Provided and verified quantities received against shipping.

Material Manager Supervisor

Oversaw all transfers and turn-ins of excess parts and equipment to the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office over a year and half time frame totaling $10 million dollars. Ensured tool accountability for 72 individual mechanical/composite tool kits valued at $1.2 million. Inventoried 470 critical missile components valued at $18 million; guaranteed all assets available with no discrepancies.

•	Managed computer database training management system; provided status of all training requirements for personnel assigned.  
•	Determined base supply stock requirements and maintained documents on establishing stock levels, controlled all requisitioning requirements for investment and expense items records.  Managed excess management program for over 4,500 line items valued at over 30 million dollars.	
•	Received, handled, and issued chemical and hazardous property in accordance with environment regulations; processed, controlled, and safeguarded classified items from receipt to delivery to requesting customers.
•	Sole credit card holder; established wide spread network of commercial vendors for purchase of equipment and supplies for all employees in unit using the Government Credit Card; maintained monthly excel spread sheets of purchases and updated transaction logs.
