New Year, Same Me?

I’ll admit it: the 2025 kickoff has felt… meh. No fireworks, no “new year, new me” energy, no ten-mile-long list of goals. And if you know me, you know I love goal-setting. But this year? The spark just hasn’t hit.

Maybe it’s the exhaustion from closing out 2024 or the perpetual “do more with less”. IDK. Maybe I need to shift my mindset this year where January doesn’t have to be a rocket launch... it can be a slow burn.

I am going to start by leaning into small wins to kick off 2025. Revisiting my why, and thinking about the moments that lit me up last year. Reset the vibe.
