●	Provided Engineering oversight to multiple cross-discipline teams including Game/Mobile/Web/Backend, growing the org to more than double its size.
●	Accountable for planning & managing Engineering budget, staffing, hiring, mentoring & performance management for teams comprising of junior to Staff+ engineers & managers.
●	Defined performance metrics and reports on the engineering functions’ progress against team specific goals.

Responsibilities:
●	Used Full Agile methodology for all development efforts. (Sprint Planning, Scrums/ Daily Stand-ups, story grooming) 
●	Continuous involvement with Strategy, Planning, Implementation, Deployment and day-to-day Operational Management. 
●	Responsible for development budget and staff planning for every quarter/fiscal year.
●	Acted as the Security officer for the development teams, assisting with SOC and other State related Audits mandated by State DMVs. 
●	Direct involvement with growing the team, creating development standards and processes.

Responsibilities:
•	Overseeing architecture, mentoring the growth of team, and perform periodic code review with team members to ensure code quality.
•	Responsible for framework design, and enterprise level architecture, architecture approach on various enterprise solutions. 
•	Manage offshore development team.
•	Designing, implementation and management of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
•	Define the service layer for communication with external partners and internal applications.
•	Design and architect core component of the companies, ensure performance and scalability of each component (Memory usage, CPU utilization, stability, reusability, flexibility).
•	Designed and implemented the Customer Notification system which provides real-time alerts to customers based on events. This system can send alerts to Email/SMS/Facebook/Push Notifications to Mobile devices, etc.
•	Designed and developed a new uniform GDN system that interacts with other prepaid cards to reload using MoneyPak or cash/check at retail locations (swipe reload). 
•	For all the above projects lead the teams from sizes of 5 – 15 developers (onsite and offshore) to enhance & maintain these systems using offshore and onsite resources.
•	Built a proof of concept (POC) for migrating SSIS Packages to Hadoop technology for batch jobs.

•	Enhancing the internal web admin application ‘Campaign Manager’ that uses Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) technology, which offers a manageable approach to distributed computing, broad interoperability, and direct support for service orientation.
•	Lead the team on designing and implementing the FIM Press site with SharePoint as the back-end and ASP.NET 2.0 front end. 
•	Developed Workflow (SPWF) in Visual Studio using .Net 3.5 framework to handle caching issues for the FIM Press site.

•	Designed and developed the web based front-end for Loan Selection Tool project using ASP.NET in Visual Studio 2005.
•	Lead a team of 3-4 contractors to implement and test the Loan Selection Tool project that was built in a very tight schedule.
•	Provided builds for projects using nAnt and MsBuild scripts for Visual Studio 2003 and 2005 projects respectively.

About the Project: ECHO Explorer is a digital voice recorder that records, stores and plays digitized phone calls for verification and QA. It communicates with the existing Java classes to show the actual system, Proxies have been written to communicate between Java and .NET framework.
Responsibilities:
•	Designed and implemented a dynamic desktop application in a Windows .NET environment C# language, that can interact with Java classes and Informix database in a Unix environment though proxies. The front end of the application was developed using XML files, so that the look and feel of the application can be dynamic and changed on the fly. 
•	Real-time monitoring of calls was achieved using multi-threading and Timers in the application.

Environment: C on UNIX, SNMP, Real time System, ClearCase, Exceed.
Responsibilities:
•	Registration of the Cable Modems with the CMTS. Designed and implemented the new features related with DOCSIS1.1 Registration at the UMC end. 
•	Management of Service Flows needed for VoIP and other data packets like Best Effort and Unsolicited Grant Service.
