Field Service Technician

Powering up strapping machines (480-600)VAC following strict safety procedures.
• Testing and calibrating strapping machines collaboratively with the mechanical department
and the PLC programmers ensuring high performance and quality standards.
• Assembling and wiring various electrical parts and components in the sub-assembly and final
assembly departments including:
1. The main electrical control panel.
2. Transformers for different voltage ratings and according to the customer specifications. -
3. Manual control stations for 1-5 strap heads machines.
4. Various electrical junction boxes.
5. Wiring conveyor motors, load turntable motors and lances' motors.
6. Sub-control panels, placed inside the platen on the strapping machines.
7. Push button plates for the machines' heads operation control.
8. Installing and calibrating various kinds of sensors such as metal sensors, ultrasound
sensors, and beam sensors.
• Installing all sub-assemblies on the machine.
• Collaborating with the electrical engineering department to improve the manufacturing
processes and documentation for a smoother and faster operation.
• Detail-oriented and skilled in wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with industry

• Install, service, and calibrate electrical lab equipment, including motors, CNC machines, generators, controllers, and PLCs.
• Perform wiring, modification, and termination for PLCs and CNC machine panels, ensuring proper functionality.

As an Electrical Engineering Technician, I specialize in automation, electrical/electronic systems, and PLC/CNC/Robot programming. With two years of hands-on experience in automation, I have worked extensively on electrical systems for strapping machines, assembling and wiring panels, junction boxes, and sub-panels, and ensuring proper machine functionality through testing.

I have a strong foundation in PLC programming with Rockwell Studio 5000, RSLogix 500 and experience with AutoCAD for electrical drafting. My ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, optimize processes, and collaborate effectively has helped improve efficiency in my current role at EAM Mosca.

My goal is to transition into a PLC programming role, continuously expanding my expertise in automation and control systems. I am eager to take on new challenges, contribute to innovative projects, and grow into a senior role where I can mentor others and make a lasting impact.
