In this position,  I cover Cabin Emergency Equipment and Doors monitoring systems for engineering support issues. Being the technical reference for this system, I liaise with Airbus customers and all relevant Airbus Customer Services department,  and relevant suppliers. Technically in charge of the specialists answering to the customer queries:
-	allocates service requests 
-	answers some requests him/herself 
-	ensures all answers on time & quality 
-	identifies new services or adaptations 
-	ensures REX production 
-	proposes R&T projects 
-	managing priorities vs. resources 
-	promotes best practices

Cabin and Cargo Customer Support Product Leader

For the Cabin and Cargo Engineering Support department:
- Establish and deliver, for all programmes, timely and consistent solutions to the technical daily queries raised by the customer for aircraft structure and systems issue. Foster, analyse in Service technical events/data.
- Handle and treat all technical queries including answers to customers. Trigger and follow-up corrective actions.
- Deliver technical solutions to customers for related in-services issues. Consolidate and analyze of in-service data from customers.

Airline Customer Support for Cabin and Cargo

For A330-700L Beluga-XL:
- Stress Design Integration Project Leader:Supporting the DMU (Digital Mock-Up) as a portal for the Stress Module:
    ✓ Put in place a link between the certification Stress data and the 3D DMU
    ✓ Put in place the display of stress data by mapping it through the 3D DMU
    ✓ Make a link between the SRM (Structure Repairs Manual) and the 3D DMU
    ✓ Be the focal point in link with other related initiatives within the company
    ✓ Be the project ambassador within the stress community

A330-700L Beluga-XL Stress2Design Integration Project Leader

For A330-700L Beluga-XL:
- Test leader for structural Ground Tests activities including:
    ✓ Master Planning definition
    ✓ Coordination of all structural tests activities at aircraft level
    ✓ Accountability for all the structure tests requests to be performed at aircraft level
    ✓ Focal point with the Airworthiness Authorities (EASA - European Aviation Safety Agency)
    ✓ Finite Elements Modelling for structure Ground tests

A330-700L Beluga-XL Aircraft Structural Ground Tests Leader

For A330-700L Beluga-XL: 
- Global Finite Elements Modelling
- Stress: Sizing for Metallic Fuselage
- Structure Testing: Ground Tests Pyramid Leader
- IT Support and services for Stress: Focal point for Stress Webtop Platform

A330-700L Beluga-XL Metallic Fuselage Sizing/Stress Engineer

- Sensitivity studies (on one sizing parameter, generic geometry, internal loads)

- Participation to meetings with Fuselage sections teams and partners for implementation of weight saving opportunities solutions

- Assess harmonization of ways of sizing and design solutions

- Evaluate Fuselage sections teams’ results during sizing phase and before update of GFEMs (Global Finite Elements Models)

- Define and Coordinate subcontracting sizing studies on typical areas of the fuselage

Aircraft Stress Engineer - A350XWB-1000 Composite Fuselage Sizing

As a stress engineer:
- I developed new methods and tools for pre-sizing and sizing of bonded repairs for composite fuselage
-I validated these methods through tests supported by Finite Elements analyses
-I participated to support the client on the substantiation of bonded repairs through the set up of bonded repairs test pyramid for certification
