	Oversee the issuance of financial Information

4.	Risk Management

	Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
	Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the Industry.
	Construct and monitor reliable control systems
	Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
	Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
	Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
	Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors
	Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and Recommendations

5.	Funding

	Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
	Arrange for debt financing and equity financing
	Invest funds
	Invest pension funds

2.2. Investigates discrepancies and corrects same as indicated in Night Auditor and Restaurant Auditor’s Log Book.
2.3. Lists the discrepancies noted and makes investigation of these discrepancies and takes appropriate action.
2.4. Performs duties indicated in the Income Auditor Check List.
2.5. supervises the activities of Assistant Income Auditor and Night Auditor.

3. HR Responsibilities
3.1. Distribution the monthly salaries and service charges to employees via accounting staff.
3.2. Assists Hr Manager for effect the budget plan and profit share. 

4. IT Responsibilities
4.1. Following up the outlets P.O.S system for importing & exporting data.
4.2. Take a back –up of accounting System on daily basis.
4.3. Staff Training for accounting system & P.O.S.

1- Ensure That invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders to the A/P section on a timely basis to ensure payables are made														
2- Ensure That invoices properly matched to the approved purchase order, delivery notes, and receipt documents to ensure	payment is bona fide?													
3- prepared and entries payment vouchers properly  verified and reviewed before the general ledger is updated													
4- posting of invoices properly verified and the general ledger report reviewed for rejected entries											
5-  follow month end procedures and accruals properly set up at month end including the review of outstanding 				 purchase orders to identify any understatement of liabilities
