Implementing and revising a company’s payroll and compensation . 
Collaborate with the recruiters to post job ads and process incoming resumes.
Conducting new employee orientations and training programs.
Maintaining department records and reports.
Participating in administrative staff meetings.
Ensure a high level of communication & harmony within company departments Advise on all matters relating to employment law.
Implement effective time management systems with the department. Develop and control departmental budget using critique, plans and actions.
Walk around and meet with employees daily. 
Devote attention to staff welfare and social problems.
Assist managers in identifying employee strengths and weaknesses and in the drawing up of individual. development plans. Evaluate and develop human resources employees. Follow up staff housing buildings.
Follow up employees restaurant. 
Follow up staff uniform.

Human Resources Manager

Manages the Human Resources department, ensuring compliance with all corporate area and hotel policies and procedures, and local and government regulations relating to training and personnel.
Advertise, recruit and screen all Management, staff and forward suitable candidates to department managers/Executive Committee.
Oversee the manpower planning within all departments of the hotel.
Advise on all matters relating to employment law
Regularly analyses the hotel manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements.
Attend departmental meetings and promote good relations between staff and managers.
Walk around and meet with employees daily.
Devote attention to staff welfare and social problems.
Communicate and promote employee benefits.
Conduct wage/salary surveys in order to maintain a competitive package for employees,  and make necessary recommendations.
Monitor wages reviews and implement effectively.
Together with the Executive Committee initiate on a regular basis an assessment of training needs.
Assist managers in obtaining or developing training needs.
Ensure all training is systematically planned and recorded.
Communicate orally with departments but follow up with a memo.
Employ staff with the potential to be developed and assist with the promotions and transfers.
Assist managers in identifying employee strengths and weaknesses and in the drawing up of individual development plans.
Evaluate and develop Personnel Office staff.
Co-ordinate the appraisals team.
Improve team effectiveness in Executive Committee and make contributions beyond personnel discipline.
Implement effective time management systems with the department.
Develop and control departmental budget using critique, plans and actions.
Ensure that the Disciplinary procedures are followed.
Monitor all disciplinary write-ups and make sure managers thoroughly investigate and document all matters requiring disciplinary Action
