• Took initiative in a brand-new position as the first sales rep working to build out the process for the sales dev role for the retention team. Worked with recycled leads ranging from 2 months to 6.5 years old that fell out of touch with account managers or did not close deals. Selling, Relationship Management, and Process Improvement were key functions to my position.
• Utilized AB-testing, research, and personalization to see how communication and response rate could be improved when initiating contact with leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to book demos of the platform.
• Averaged 450 # of calls, 500 # of emails, and 10-15 demos per week. Average deal size when closed range from $3-6k.
