•	Controlling freight and customs clearance cost, by choosing the most cost efficient shipping mode.
•	Manage a team of shipping coordinators including workload, motivation, training & appraisals.
•	Represent the company against concerned government authorities; Customs and GOEIC.
•	Communicating compliance requirements with exporters to adhere to customs requirements. 
•	Continuously follow up new customs regulations and laws to assure company legal performance.
•	Maintain data base including records for company shipments flow, KPIs, and Cost.
•	Using Oracle and GTMS systems to monitor department KPIs, and maintain performance reports.

Logistics Supervisor

•	Responsible for the daily communication and follow up of all imports, inter-country transfers and exports with freight forwarders and customs broker.
•	Provide pre-alerts on incoming shipments; compile clearance documentation and costing for shipments.
•	Record and consolidate all information supplied by freight forwarders into report form.
•	Prepare weekly report on status of incoming shipments
•	Check costing from freight forwarders and clearing agents against approved rates 
•	Continuously track shipments progress and communicate delays or concerns to affected parties
•	Pass insurance claims to finance for processing 
•	Communicate problems with Logistics manager 
•	Recommend actions which will expedite clearing processes.
•	Handle queries on incoming shipments.

Logistics Coordinator
