SOFTEC 

SOFTEC became a passion for me at this point. Working more than 12 hours was the new normal for me and I enjoyed it all. Now planning and execution of the whole event were the responsibilities of me and my 4 person upper management team. By taking the feedback from last year's participants, judges, sponsors, and industry experts I changed a lot of previous things and introduced some new ones. Started with revamping our Event Website, changing and upgrading the evaluation criteria of competition with the collaboration of professionals. Introducing new perks for Participants and sponsors. Getting Live coverage of the event through more than 4 news channels and announcing strategic partnerships with student bodies all across the country, online media platforms, and news channels.

Became part of the Executive body of Pakistan's Biggest I.T event held annually at NUCES university. In the pre-event capacity, I took part in sponsorship marketing, and in just a few months we were able to achieve our target of 2 million. Alongside that, I planned and execute social media strategies with my team to create hype for the event.  I was also responsible for the graphic designing team and managing competitions like programming, App Development, and Web Development.  My key duties were to lead more than 7 teams working directly under me, Guarantee excellent communication between the teams and Cross- Departments to accomplish goals on time. Finding great talent, utilizing them, and keeping them motivated and happy was the most challenging part of it all.
